The Know Thyself Campaign envisions a world where mental health is destigmatized, resources are universally accessible, and individuals feel empowered to prioritize their well-being. Future goals include:

  1. Expanding Digital Platforms:

    • Incorporate AI-driven tools for personalized mental health support and expand outreach to underserved populations.

  2. Global Partnerships:

    • Collaborate with international organizations to share resources and best practices for mental health initiatives.

  3. Scaling Workshops:

    • Introduce workshops in more schools, workplaces, and community centers, ensuring broader impact.

  4. Research and Advocacy:

    • Conduct research to measure program effectiveness and advocate for systemic changes in mental health care.

Governance and Structure

The charity is governed by a Board of Trustees. Additionally, an Advisory Committee provides specialized guidance to enhance the charity's operations.

Board Members

  1. Chairman: Mohammad Maruf Alam (UK)

    • Provides overall leadership to the charity.

    • Oversees the strategic direction and ensures alignment with the charity's mission and objectives.

    • Chairs board meetings, ensuring effective decision-making and governance.

    • Represents the charity in external engagements and partnerships.

    • Leads fundraising initiatives and fosters relationships with donors.

  2. Vice Chairman: Md Shah Alam Khan (UK)

    • Supports the Chairman in implementing strategic objectives.

    • Ensures effective collaboration among board members and operational teams.

    • Acts as the Chairman in their absence.

    • Oversees specific projects, ensuring alignment with the charity's goals.

    • Facilitates communication between the board and external stakeholders.

  3. Secretary and country operation lead: Mahfuz Raju (Bangladesh)

    • Manages and maintains all official documentation, including meeting minutes and records.

    • Ensures compliance with local regulatory requirements in operational areas.

    • Acts as a liaison between the charity's activities in Bangladesh and the UK.

    • Organizes and schedules board meetings and communicates updates to all members.

    • Oversees correspondence with partners and beneficiaries.

  4. Treasurer: Fayjunessa Jadu (UK)

    • Oversees the charity's financial planning, including budgeting and reporting.

    • Ensures transparency in financial transactions and compliance with legal standards.

    • Prepares financial statements and annual reports for the board and donors.

    • Manages the allocation of funds across campaigns, ensuring efficiency and impact.

    • Coordinates audits and ensures accurate record-keeping.

  5. Youth Ambassador : Zarif bin Alam (UK)

  • Promote key campaigns like Moment, Hope, Enlighten Tomorrow, Green World, and Know Thyself to engage and inspire youth involvement.

  •  Raise awareness about mental health, education, and environmental sustainability through social media, events, and advocacy.

  • Mobilize young people to participate in workshops, initiatives, and community outreach programs.

  • Build connections with schools, colleges, and community groups to enhance collaboration and engagement.

  • Act as a voice for youth, providing feedback and ideas to ensure programs are relevant and impactful.
